JACK AND THE BEANSTALK

December 2018 at the Hilton Brighton Metropole

Jack and the Beanstalk is a giant night of fun for the whole family for lots of reasons. It has all the classic panto elements: the ghost scene, a proper dame pulling off more jawdropping costume changes than you’ve had hot dinners; and lots of other great characters.
— The Argus
David Hill understands the panto form – and his audience. The highlight is a deftly-rehearsed version of If I Were Not Upon the Stage, complete with water soakers.
— The Stage
Highlights were the bold and colourful projections (Danilo Raino), the vocal talents especially Fairy Nature (Keris Lea who also wrote the panto) and the strong, experienced performances of David Rumelle as Dame Trott and the charismatic Alasdair Buchan as Fleshcreep.
